It's a bit expensive hospital that has now turned into a money-making factory. All it matters for them is the money .they attract you with big red buildings and for each doctors appointment there are more than 4k which is quite high for me. Their all staff is rude and you can't talk to any doctor without an appointment through front desk which is good for you but if you don't have money or don't need to take an appointment or any staff wants to fill their ego and have no manners. They will talk to you badly.

Though AKU is a reliable hospital in Pakistan but it takes too much waiting time to see a doctor where you have already booked an appointment . From a) Registration: which is almost 20-25 minutes then b) initial check up which is further 20-25 minutes then finally you will be in a queue to meet a doctor, almost 45 minutes to 1 hour. It's a bit hectic and patients come up with other diseases due to long que. Those who are labelled priority they come first even though they are late. If I have a appointment at 3 I wait except I meet the doctor at 415.
