Had great experience with their Travel Insurance service. Team is really cooperative and goes out of the way to guide in the best possible manner.
Poor service in general regarding car insurance. 3rd party claim is nearly impossible due to their unrealistic requirements. Customer support is rude and uncooperative as well.
