I am using Aurora UPS since last 10 years and my experience is quite satisfactory. Today, I brought UPS which became malfunctioning. The staff Mr. Zeeshan inspected the UPS and replaced it's fuse without any cost. I recommend everyone to try Aurora UPS.
Total scam. I gave them a ups for repair, ups was under warranty. They took 2 months to give me the ups back. The warranty expired. The repaired unit to ran for 2 days before it blew up in smoke. I took the ups to a local repair shop and …
Placed an UPS for repair on 1st January 2021, means on the first day of the year, but today is 11 June 2021 no contact no repair. Just calling every month, every week. and they just promise to call me back. the worst company and the worst products. sorry to say.
