I like their Instant part replacement service. My appliance part replaced in 5 minutes and like the customer service too.
Very miserable experience with them. The treatment is casual and they keep on referring from one technician to other. No regard for time and no honour for their commitment. Hand over my machine without repairing and damaged its body. Not recommended for repairing of household machines. No difference from ordinary repairing shops.
The elevators are crowded, slow and in need of mantenaince. Be ready to waste more than half an hour or so getting up and down. …
