Recently i had experienced this transport service so called the best bus service in pakistan. While buying ticket from rawalpindi to sialkot the customer service informed me its direct nonstop and it will take 4 hours, but actually during the journey the driver stopped at a canteen for around 30 minutes and also stopped at few other stops. The whole journey took more than 8 hours. I was very tired. The staff's behaviour was also not good. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
