Pathetic services. Despite issuance of Birth Registration Certificate six month ago, data not uploaded to NADRA System for B Form.
Staff is efficient and application status is trackable online. It would be very helpful and save time/trips if ALL processing requirements (e g. attested documents or CNIC copies, pay order amounts, etc.) are listed on CDA website instead of applicants being turned away for missing items.
Staff is helpful but no proper marking on Google maps, this is the new centre for birth registration for newborn.
