Worst experience of online purchasing ever! Never ever order from them please you will only loose your money and receive garbage in return! And when you will turn to them for complain they will mistreat you regardless you are a woman instead of accepting their mistake!
Extremely poor service. I had ordered Beige sofa covers, they sent me Dark Brown sofa covers. On complaint and exchange request, they sent Beige fitted sheets instead of Beige sofa covers. On complaint and exchange request again, no response from ctexs.
Stupid staff with absolutely no sense of communication with the customers. Instead of accepting their mistake, they threaten to beat them up.

Overall Experience was terrible. The quality of products was very poor and the customer service was even worse. I had a difficult time dealing with them and resolving my issues.
