This is a beautiful place. Many animals were living there.. but they were weak. I thought that there required food is not giving to them.. The African tiger was kept in a small room that should be in a larger place.
Evening time best to visit. Nice place to visit with Children. Open Air and wildlife environment.
Good place for kids to have fun, no giraffe, no lion (only lioness). Environment was too humid and everyone was sweating

The facilities and amenities were not up to the mark. The quality of the products/services was average. The initial impression and atmosphere were not very appealing. The ambiance and decor were not well-maintained. The wait time and reservation process was not well-organized. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The customer service and staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and provided assistance when needed.
