Staff is very rude. They don't talk nicely to patients who pay their wages. Doctor is also a little bit rude. According to doctor's attitude it look like he is a retired from army. They all need to learn that how to be nice it doesn't cost a penny.
Imran is very rude don't know how to talk with patients every time when I come he's always moody always busy on his phone while I was asking him when well our turn come he approached me with very rudemanner they need to change their behaviour with patients cuz we pay big amount of money we don't come here to be treated like that.
