Today I got my Oder of 12kg mutton qorma. It was only 6-7!kg. I called gourmet who dismissed my complaint and hung up the phone on me. Once a company stops listening to complaints, it’s time to leave them. I had been ordering regularly since many years though. Gourmet has outgrown its customers.
I would have left no stars had there been an option . Terrible food spicy stale and terrible customer service by me annum at the booking office
