Service is gud. Staff is cooperative but system is often very slow. Its not their fault since internet speed is very low here in GB.
Today was my second attempt to open a @HBLPak account. There is no ticket/numbering system in place so we have to stay there for hours without any update. Out of the 3 staff, 1 lady was handling account opening customers and the rest were just there.
