This building is especially designed to provide work spaces for different businesses and technology houses. However they have certain unacceptable house rules due which this places is not much suited for a workspace. This should be kept in mind before opting for this place.
This office is under huge renovation as it has been Acquired by MOL oil company as their main office in Pakistan. I visited there today and it was well planned and well managed place. Although due to dislocation many people are still waiting for their offices to be renovated so they can shift there
