As a Senior Member of this Institute, I must say that the Institute of Architects, Pakistan (IAP) is doing a great job. I am currently a member of the Working Group and Core Committee that is critically examining the Karachi Building & Town Planning Regulations 2019. We are comparing it with the Regulations of 2002 to ensure better standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with the Institute.
I really liked the steel structure of the building. It is great and stands out. Once it is complete, I believe it will be an ideal building. Good work by the architects.
