This is JS Bank’s head office which located in Shaheen Complex. Nicely maintained from inside and the staff is also very helpful. It is always crowded due to the location but still the service is really good. The best thing I like about this bank is its online banking system, it is very easy to use and convenient.
I have had a terrible experience with JS Bank. I requested to open a salary account on June 3rd, 2021. However, on June 7th, I received a welcome letter at my office address stating that my ATM and cheque book were dispatched to my office address within 15 days. It has been more than a month and I still haven't received anything. I have visited the bank multiple times and each time they assure me that they will look into the matter, but there has been no resolution so far. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
