I usually visit from England and buy several perfumes every 3-4 months. They normally have a really nice girl (now not there) whom I contact beforehand and she reserves them for me. I turned up this morning to ask the woman behind the counter and she explained that the nice girl wasn't there. When I asked why they didn't call to let me know or reserve them for me, she shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted a hair cut, too. I was her only customer and she was hanging up some stockings. Terrible customer service.
