Not reliable platform. I call them , ask about available dermatologist and they booked an appointment with Dr in advance. But when reached to hospital, it sad to know the doctor is on vacation since 1 month and Ola doc is not aware of it. Waste of time and money

I initially booked an online consultation with one of their doctors and paid the required fees. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, I needed to reschedule the appointment. However, instead of accommodating my request, I was informed that I cannot reschedule and my fees will not be refunded. This lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing.
