They do a terrible job. Our AC had constant leakage issues and their service was horrible. They charged us for visits and repairs but the problems were never resolved. I would not recommend them.
Not a good experience. The service was not satisfactory and they charged a lot for repairs. I had an orient appliance out of warranty and would not recommend bringing it here.
I had a bad experience with their customer care center in Karachi. No one answered my calls and I had a complaint about my refrigerator not turning on. Poor customer service.
Their ACs are not reliable. We had a lot of issues with leakage and their service did not fix the problem. They also charged a lot for visits and repairs.
The service is okay if your appliance is in warranty, but out of warranty they are not satisfactory. I would not recommend bringing your orient appliance here.
