The laboratory staff in the hospital are unbehaved, two of the 4 elevators going upwards are broken, due to their malfunctioning the patients are facing a lot of problems, there is no such thing as cleanliness in the washrooms, such a big hospital. It is also very expensive. But the management is very poor

Doctors are good & Staff of cardiac ICU have very cooperative and professional people, but need to clean ICU room and bed also. Room is very rusted. Chair of waiting area are very pathetic & too many insects (Machar).
The laboratory staff in the hospital are rude and disrespectful. Two of the 4 elevators going upwards are broken, causing a lot of inconvenience to patients. The washrooms are unclean despite being in a big hospital. The prices are also very high. The management needs to improve.
