The Turf's customer service is absolutely terrible. When they double-booked my cricket slot, they did not take responsibility for their mistake and instead blamed me for not confirming the booking. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to work towards a solution has left me with a negative view of their business
Highly recommend sports arena for cricket and futsal games. Although carpet is bit rough but the size of caged area is enough to play.
Turf is good. Side netting needs to be tight and completed. Moreover mineral water should be provided as it's a basic need during play.
