The ambiance and decor at the oil refinery is average. It's not too fancy but it's also not too dull. The waiting time for service is quite reasonable and reservations can be made. The initial impression of the refinery is pleasant and the atmosphere is professional. The quality of the oil products and services is top-notch. The customer service and staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at the oil refinery. I would definitely recommend it to others.
